FAQ

Questions, answered

Does WinningJobs scrape or log into Upwork?

No. You paste the job description yourself, and optionally paste a few client stats from the Upwork sidebar. Nothing leaves your browser without your action.

Will my proposals sound like AI?

No. Every proposal goes through an humanizer pass that strips common tells, and 25 banned phrases like passionate, dedicated, leverage, robust, seamless.

What are the word count options?

50, 70, 80, or 100 words. Hard cap is target plus 5. Every letter starts with Hi and ends with a real CTA, never a question.

Why do some scores show no info?

We never invent numbers. If you do not paste client stats like total spent, hire rate, or applicants count, we leave those scores empty rather than guess.

What languages are supported?

English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, and German. All native level phrasing, all running through the same humanizer pass.

Can I use it for niches outside web dev?

Yes. We have niche vocabulary templates for graphic designers, content writers, VAs, SMMs, data analysts, SEO specialists, video editors, WordPress devs, and React devs. Anything else falls back to general.

Do you train AI on my data?

No. Your job posts, proposals, and history are private to your account. We never use them for model training.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. One click from your profile. You keep access until the end of your billing period.

Is there an Agency plan with team seats?

Yes. Agency includes 5 seats and a shared pipeline so your team can hand off proposals and followups between writers.

What if my proposal is over the word cap?

It will not be. The humanizer pass enforces the cap. If it fails QC, we automatically regenerate once with the failures as a fixup note.
